Solution that tracks Assets that have been leased out. Without SIM card as it's not practical for the objective. 
Current issue: Asset( motorcycle) bought by the client on hire purchase terms. When there is a default on payments, Hirer needs to repossess the Assets back. The problem is that the Asset at times is hard to track down as Clients sometimes don't park the Asset at the given address. 

Possible solutions: Some form of tracking solutions to be enabled to act as a secondary backup to locate the object in case the asset cannot be found at the given address.

1. Find a decent looking pair of goggles.
2. Modify the goggles to install the IR LED components.
3. Create the circuitry to connect all the components, 
4. Create complete and functioning prototypes
5. Document the necessary bill of materials and electrical drawings
