Sentient Robotics is a rapidly growing autonomous systems and engineering company headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. We design, prototype, fabricate and field systems that work in the most demanding environments — air, land, water, subsea and eventually orbit. Everything we build is conceived and engineered in-house, for missions that matter.

Where we came from

Founded 2018 · Abuja, Nigeria

Sentient Robotics was established in 2018 with a clear conviction: that world-class autonomous systems can be engineered and built in Nigeria, for Nigeria and for the world. We started with unmanned aircraft — designing airframes, writing firmware, integrating sensors — and we have never stopped expanding the boundaries of what can be built here. From that founding discipline in UAV development, we have grown into a multi-domain engineering company with programmes running across air, land, water, subsea and the space frontier.

We manage the full lifecycle of every project we take on — from requirements capture and concept design through prototype, test, manufacture and field support. Our teams are structured so that each project has dedicated specialists who own their domain. No handoffs between separate companies, no loss of institutional knowledge mid-project. Sentient Robotics is made of dedicated technologists and inventors focused on delivering solutions and building long-term partnerships with clients.
